Faculty review timeline

The following dates are important milestones for the Faculty Review

February 2004
  • Confirm Review - Terms of Reference
  • Confirm membership of co-ordination team
  • Confirm membership of reference groups and critical friends group
  • Initial discussion on potential external panel members
March 2004
  • Managers - Review planning day
  • Discuss implementation strategy with Executive group
  • Confirm implementation strategy
  • Workshops with managers and teams on source identification
  • Meetings with Assoc Deans (portfolio areas)
  • Review web site to be developed and operating by 31 March
April 2004
  • Portfolio source data to be collected and sorted by 30 April
  • External panel membership to be approved and invited to participate
May 2004
  • Source data to be provided to Associate Deans to prepare portfolio responses
  • Additional data to be collected if required
  • Portfolio responses to be completed by 31 May
June 2004
  • Portfolio responses to be provided to Dean for compiling review document
  • Review document to be written/prepared by second week of June for faculty wide distribution and feedback
July 2004
  • Finalising Faculty Review portfolio
August
September 2004
  • Review portfolio to be sent to panel members at least 2 weeks prior to visit
  • External panel to visit Faculty.
